1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories.
- Certain items, such as customized products, personalized items, and sale items, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
Note: Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If the item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions, including a return shipping address and any necessary return labels.
- Ship the Item Back: Carefully package the item(s) in its original packaging to ensure safe return transit. Please ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your return authorization. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, QuickSereals will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label for the return shipment.
- Non-Defective Items: For returns of non-defective items, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You can choose the shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate the return process as described above. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the replacement. If the replacement item is of a higher value, we will charge the difference. If the replacement is of a lower value, we will refund the difference.
If you prefer, you can place a new order for the item you want and return the original item under our standard return policy.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return under our policy. These include:
- Customized or Personalized Items (unless defective or damaged)
- Gift Cards
- Sale or Clearance Items (unless defective or damaged)
- Health and Hygiene Products (such as opened food items or personal care products)
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately. We request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage, and we will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund for the purchase price, including shipping costs. For damaged or defective items, you can return the product at no cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account or payment provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to be processed.
